Shana Loggins, nutritionist and founder of Equanimity Tribe will teach you how the detox process works in a stimulating 30 minute conversation about nutrition, healthy living and detox. She will share her top 5 secrets for all kinds of lifestyles. You will go home with a refreshed, clean body and printed detox guide with all of Shana’s secrets and yoga tips.
Next, all attendees will get the opportunity to open up their minds and body during a 1 hour yoga/detoxifying sequence led by Shana and co-teacher Mirand Burns. It’s a great way to begin the New Year and spend your Sunday!
